Pragnya Satapathy is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at BioMed X Institute, specializing in reflective fiber optic sensors for drug monitoring in the brain. Prior to this, Pragnya worked as a Provisional RA at Centre for Nano and Soft Matter Sciences, focusing on free-standing anisotropic photoluminescence devices for optical memory. With a Ph.D. in Physics from Centre for Nano and Soft Matter Sciences, Pragnya's expertise includes photonics, electro-optic effects on soft nanocomposites, liquid crystals, polymers, and more. Educationally, Pragnya holds a Master's degree in Physics from Pondicherry University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Khallikote (Autonomous) College.
