Keith W. Thomas

Keith W. Thomas has extensive experience in human resources, holding leadership positions in various companies. Keith W. currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for North America at NCC Group. Prior to this role, they were the VP of Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, and Compensation at Arctic Glacier Premium Ice from 2019 to 2021. From 2017 to 2019, they held the position of VP of Human Resources at U.S. Security Associates, Inc. Before that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at Auto Plus Pep Boys in 2017. Their career in human resources began in 1998 when they joined CIOX Health as the VP of Human Resources, and they stayed with them until 2016.

Keith W. Thomas earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance with a minor in Business from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) between 1986 and 1990.
