Edwiygh Franck

Executive Director- Talent Development at NCCI

Edwiygh Franck, Ph.D. served as the Executive Director of Talent Development at NCCI from August 2016 to present. Prior to that, they were the Talent Development Director at the same company from March 2016 to August 2016. Before joining NCCI, Dr. Franck worked as an Organizational Development Consultant at James Green & Associates from January 2010 onwards, where they provided strategic consulting for executives, designed curriculum for organizational development, and delivered programming on various topics. Additionally, they served as an Adjunct Professor at Southern New Hampshire University starting from February 2012.

Edwiygh Franck, Ph.D. holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Educational Leadership & Adult Education from Florida Atlantic University, which was obtained from 2012 to 2015. Edwiygh also has a Master's degree in Curriculum, Instruction, and Technology from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management & Computer Information Systems from the University of Miami.
