Caroline Henbery

Caroline Henbery has extensive work experience in various roles. Caroline is currently serving as the Operations Director - Technical Education at NCFE. In this role, they are responsible for managing teams, resources, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of technical education qualifications. Caroline also develops policies and procedures for compliance with regulators and presents detailed reports on operational and program performance to diverse audiences.

Prior to their current role, Caroline had a portfolio career at CIPD, where they held multiple roles. As the Partnerships Operations and Engagement Manager, they utilized third-party partners to support CIPD's strategies and led the logistics and operational delivery of the organization's learning offerings. Caroline also worked as the Event Logistics and Delivery Manager, managing the logistics of large-scale events like the CIPD Annual Conference and Exhibition. Before that, Caroline served as the Training Delivery & Operations Manager and Learning Portfolio Manager, overseeing the commercial management and quality assurance of training programs.

Caroline's earlier work experience includes roles as a Training Coordinator at The Pacific Institute UK and InterMedia Training. Caroline started their career as a Temporary HR Assistant at Kcom.

Caroline Henbery completed their Bachelor of Social Science (B.Soc.Sci) with Honors degree at The University of Manchester from 1996 to 2000. In 2009, they obtained a Certificate in Training Practice from CIPD Qualifications. Later, from 2014 to 2016, they pursued their Executive MA in Management from Durham University Business School.
