Caroline Henbery completed their Bachelor of Social Science (B.Soc.Sci) with Honors degree at The University of Manchester from 1996 to 2000. In 2009, they obtained a Certificate in Training Practice from CIPD Qualifications. Later, from 2014 to 2016, they pursued their Executive MA in Management from Durham University Business School.
