Ladd Keenan

Ladd Keenan is an experienced professional in national distribution and operations management, currently serving as the National Distribution Manager at Wilbur-Ellis since August 2021. In this role, Ladd manages technology systems and processes for a national agriculture supply company, successfully setting up a distribution center to support 15 retail locations. Prior to this, Ladd held various roles at Amazon from February 2014 to August 2021, including Employee Relations Manager, where Ladd standardized engagement programs across 20+ delivery stations, and Operations Manager, overseeing daily fulfillment center operations and managing a significant annual operating budget. Ladd began the career at UPS, serving as Business Manager from June 2011 to February 2014, managing a regional warehouse hub that processed over 12 million parcels annually. Ladd holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington and a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Washington State University.
