Chris Ainsworth

Chris Ainsworth serves as nCino's Chief People Officer, overseeing the Company's global talent functions, including Human Resources, Recruiting and Employee Enablement. He offers approximately 25 years of experience leading high performing teams in complex global organizations. Prior to joining nCino in June 2022, Chris served as Global Chief Human Resources Officer of CFA Institute, a global association of investment professionals, where he implemented a multi-year roadmap to reshape company culture and define cultural values, improved company engagement, and introduced the first Diversity, Equity and Inclusion function. Previously, he held senior talent and HR roles at institutions including TD Bank, American Express and GMAC Insurance.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting with a minor in Management from Northeast Louisiana University, and a Masters in Business Administration from Wake Forest University.
