April Rieger is nCino's Chief Legal & Compliance Officer and Secretary, overseeing all aspects of the Company's legal function, including contracts, governance, compliance and intellectual property matters. She joined nCino in 2018 after more than a decade as an attorney at Williams & Connolly LLP in Washington, D.C., one of the world's premier law firms, where she worked on a wide variety of corporate and litigation matters. Prior to that, she served as a law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Jeanette Sellers is currently the Corporate Controller at [nCino](/org/ncino). Jeanette has over 15 years of experience in auditing and accounting. Prior to their current role, Ms. Sellers was an Audit Manager at RSM McGladrey from January 2008 to June 2014. Jeanette also worked as an Audit Senior at Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP from August 2005 to December 2007. Greg Orenstein serves as nCino's Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the Company's global financial and administrative functions, including finance, accounting, investor relations, treasury, and facilities. Greg joined nCino in 2015 and has held a number of key executive positions, most recently serving as its Chief Corporate Development & Strategy Officer. Prior to that, he served as nCino's Chief Corporate Development & Legal Officer and Secretary. Orenstein has played a critical role in driving the Company's growth, corporate strategy, acquisition, investment and corporate finance activities, including leading nCino's initial public offering and secondary offering in 2020. Prior to joining nCino in 2015, he was Of Counsel at the global law firm of DLA Piper and held various executive positions at S1 Corporation, a publicly traded provider of financial services software.

Greg Orenstein

William (Bill) Spruill is the co-founder and former CEO of Global Data Consortium (GDC), the most widely channel distributed global identity verification platform. In his tenure, he oversaw the formation of more than 50 enterprise channel relationships and established a cohort of more than 120 data suppliers creating a unique consortium business model that drove roughly $70M in revenues over the life of the business. Bill led the recent acquisition of GDC to the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) for $300 million making it one of the largest minority founder exits in the enterprise technology sector in U.S. history.

Bill is an active angel investor in the technology sector. Past investment exits include Union Metrics (sold to Trendkite/Cision); Magnus Health (private equity acquisition) and Loqate (acquired by GB Group UK). He is also an active mentor to founder teams globally helping to navigate early growth stage challenges and exit strategies.

William Spruill

Jaime Punishill serves as nCino's Chief Market Officer and leads the Company's global marketing organization.

An experienced and innovative marketing executive, Jaime has nearly three decades of experience in the technology and financial services sectors. He previously spent five years as the Chief Marketing Officer at Lionbridge, a leading translation and localization company. During his tenure, he led a global rebrand, centralized Lionbridge's global marketing function and oversaw brand stewardship, demand generation, product marketing, external and internal communications and voice-of-the-customer and advocacy programs. Prior to Lionbridge, Jaime served as Head of Brand Strategy and Digital Marketing at TIAA, a top financial services company, and previous to that was Global Head of Content and Digital Distribution at Thomson Reuters and Head of Digital Innovation for Citibank N.A.

Anthony Morris is currently the SVP, Global Banking Strategy & Customer Advisory at [nCino](/org/ncino). Anthony has over 20 years of experience in the banking and technology industries. Prior to joining [nCino](/org/ncino), Anthony was the Vice President - Global Head of Banking Go To Market at [Salesforce](/org/salesforce). In this role, they led a team of technologists in the creation of [Salesforce](/org/salesforce) Banking strategy, ecosystem, messaging, solutions and customer advisory. Anthony has also advised strategic customers across the globe on their CRM and Banking transformation programs.

Before joining [Salesforce](/org/salesforce), Anthony spent two years as the Industry Principal - Head of NA/LATAM Pre-Sales & Solutions Consulting at [Infosys](/org/infosys) Technologies (Finacle IBU). In this role, they were responsible for leading the team that drove [Infosys](/org/infosys)' growth in North America and Latin America through the sales and delivery of Finacle solutions. Prior to that, they were the WW Director, Pre-Sales for Banking Solutions at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where they were responsible for leading TCS' banking pre-sales team globally.

Chris Ainsworth serves as [nCino](/org/ncino)'s Chief People Officer, overseeing the Company's global talent functions, including Human Resources, Recruiting and Employee Enablement. He offers approximately 25 years of experience leading high performing teams in complex global organizations. Prior to joining [nCino](/org/ncino) in June 2022, Chris served as Global Chief Human Resources Officer of [CFA Institute](/org/cfa-institute), a global association of investment professionals, where he implemented a multi-year roadmap to reshape company culture and define cultural values, improved company engagement, and introduced the first Diversity, Equity and Inclusion function. Previously, he held senior talent and HR roles at institutions including TD Bank, [American Express](/org/american-express) and GMAC Insurance.

Ben Miller is the current CEO of [SimpleNexus](/org/simplenexus), an [nCino](/org/ncino) Company at [nCino](/org/ncino). Prior to this, they were a consultant at Bennion Group from September 2014 to February 2015, where they provided deal sourcing and M&A support for a European client seeking exposure to North American markets. Ben also managed business development for Next Generation Nuclear Power Alliance outreach to sovereign states interested in High Temperature Gas cooled Reactor design.

Before their time at Bennion Group, Miller was an entrepreneur from January 2013 to August 2014, and a business developer at REMEDIATION RESOURCES from January 2009 to July 2011. Ben began their career as a project manager at JOHNSON PARTNERS INC from November 2006 to December 2008.

Matt Hansen is the Chief Product Officer at [nCino](/org/ncino). Matt has over fifteen years of experience in leading software development teams and developing software solutions for a variety of companies. Their previous experience includes working as a Development Team Lead at Amirsys, Inc, where they led a team of software engineers to build STATdx, a diagnostic assistance tool for radiologists. Matt also worked on ACRES Console, an authoring tool used by Radiologists and Pathologists to author content for the Amirsys line of medical content. Matt has also worked as a Senior Software Developer at Eastridge Infotech and as a Software Developer at ADP Lightspeed.

Matt Hansen has a certification from Sun Microsystems in Sun Certified Java Developer and a certification from Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Master. Matt also has a certification from Sun Microsystems in Sun Certified Java Programmer.

Sean Desmond serves as [nCino](/org/ncino)'s Chief Customer Success Officer and oversees all of the company's customer experience functions and customer success strategy, including implementation, support, training, integrations and customer success management. Prior to joining [nCino](/org/ncino) in 2013, Sean held various positions at [Informatica](/org/informatica), most recently serving as Vice President, Global Delivery. Prior to that, Sean served as a Business Analyst at Platinum Technologies. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from [James Madison University](/org/james-madison-university).

Kathryn Cook is currently the VP, Marketing & Communications at [nCino](/org/ncino). Before that, they were an account executive at [RLF Communications](/org/rlf-communications) from September 2007 to September 2010, where they planned and implemented strategic communications campaigns for clients in a variety of industries. Kathryn has also interned at The Bomstein Agency and worked part-time as a PR contractor before taking on their current role.

Pullen Daniel

Davis Brannan serves as [nCino](/org/ncino)'s EVP of Strategic Partnerships and Alliances and is responsible for the company's global market strategy, strategic consulting and product partnerships in addition to the company's community citizenship and service organization, nVolve. He brings over 15 years of financial services and technology experience to [nCino](/org/ncino) and previously served as a senior manager in the banking practice at [Accenture](/org/accenture), where he consulted with enterprise banks around the world. He holds a B.A. in marketing from the [University of Georgia](/org/university-of-georgia).

Pam Kilday has served on our board of directors since December 2019. Ms. Kilday previously served as Head of Operations of Truist Financial (formerly known as SunTrust Bank), from May 2015 to April 2018. Prior to that, Ms. Kilday served as Wholesale Operations Executive of SunTrust from March 2013 to May 2015 and as Wholesale Relationship Executive of SunTrust from January 2012 to March 2013. Ms. Kilday holds a B.S. in Education from Tennessee Technological University and an M.S. from University of Illinois at Chicago.

Josh Glover serves as [nCino](/org/ncino)'s Chief Revenue Officer and leads the company's global sales and account management organization. A year one [nCino](/org/ncino) employee, Josh previously led [nCino](/org/ncino)'s North America sales team and managed [nCino](/org/ncino) customers' transformation programs while serving in the company's professional services organization. Prior to joining [nCino](/org/ncino), he served as a Relationship Manager at [Live Oak Bank](/org/live-oak-bank). Josh is a decorated combat veteran who led Marines throughout four deployments during a decade of service as a Marine Corps Special Operations and Infantry Officer. He is a graduate of the [U.S. Naval Academy](/org/u-s-naval-academy) and holds an MBA from [Duke University](/org/duke-university)'s Fuqua School of Business.

William Ruh has served on our board of directors since May 2013. Mr. Ruh is currently President at Cairn Capital Management, a credit asset management firm, a position he has held since October 2016. Mr. Ruh also currently serves as President of Ruh Advisory, a financial services consulting firm, a position he has held since January 2005. Mr. Ruh previously served as Managing Principal of CCM Capital Opportunities Fund, a financial technology company focused on private equity, from November 2013 to December 2015. Prior to that, Mr. Ruh served as Managing Principal of Castle Creek Capital from January 1994 to November 2013, a venture capital and private equity firm, which he co-founded. Mr. Ruh also serves on the boards of a number of private companies and as the Chairman of the Board of the U.S. Sailing Foundation and as a board member of the U.S. Sailing Association. Mr. Ruh holds a B.S. in Marine Transportation from the State University of New York Maritime College and an MBA from the Duke University Fuqua School of Business.

Spencer Lake has served on our board of directors since April 2017. Mr. Lake is currently a Director at Nivaura, a digital capital markets platform, a position he has held since September 2018. Mr. Lake has been a founding partner of Elements Ventures, a UK based financial technology venture capital firm, since May 2017. Mr. Lake also currently serves as a Senior Advisor to the International Capital Market Association, a financial services membership organization, a position he has held since May 2017. Mr. Lake also serves on the board of a number of private companies, including as Vice Chairman of Fenergo, a financial technology company, since July 2016 and Duco, a data quality platform company, since September 2018. Mr. Lake previously held various positions at HSBC, a banking and financial services company, serving as Vice Chairman, Global Banking and Markets and Group General Manager from March 2016 to September 2016, Global Head, Capital Financing from August 2013 to March 2016, Global Co-head, Global Markets from January 2011 to August 2013 and Global Head, Debt Capital Markets and Acquisition Finance from October 2006 to January 2011. Mr. Lake holds a B.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from Suffolk University, as well as an MBA in International Finance from NYU Stern School of Business.

Jon Doyle has served on our board of directors since December 2019. Mr. Doyle is currently a member of the board of directors of, and is Vice Chairman, Senior Managing Principal and Head of the Financial Services Group at, Piper Sandler following the merger of Piper Jaffray with Sandler O’Neill + Partners in January 2020. From January 2002 to January 2020, Mr. Doyle served as the Senior Managing Principal of Sandler O’Neill + Partners. Previously, Mr. Doyle held various positions in hardware sales and commercial banking. Mr. Doyle holds a B.S. in Finance from the College of William & Mary.

Steven Collins has served on our board of directors since December 2019. Mr. Collins serves on the board of Sprout Social, a social media management software solutions company, a position he has held since July 2019. Mr. Collins also serves on the board of a number of private companies. From July 2011 to February 2014, Mr. Collins served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ExactTarget, a provider of digital marketing automation and analytics software and services, which was acquired by Salesforce in 2013. Mr. Collins served as Vice President Finance, Senior Vice President Finance and Accounting, and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Navteq, a geographic information systems provider, which was acquired by Nokia in 2008, from July 2003 to June 2011. Mr. Collins holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business.

Jeffrey Horing has served on our board of directors since February 2015. Mr. Horing is a Managing Director of Insight Partners, a private equity and venture capital firm, which he co-founded in 1995. Prior to founding Insight Partners, Mr. Horing held various positions at Warburg Pincus and Goldman Sachs. Mr. Horing serves on the board of Alteryx, Inc., a position he has held since September 2014, as well as the boards of a number of private companies. Mr. Horing is also a member of the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Engineering board of overseers. Mr. Horing holds a B.S. and B.A. from University of Pennsylvania’s Moore School of Engineering and the Wharton School, respectively. He also holds an MBA from the M.I.T. Sloan School of Management. Since 2015, Mr. Horing has served on our board as the designee of Insight Partners pursuant to the Investor Rights Agreement we entered into in connection with Insight Partners’ initial investment in us. Insight Partners’ right to name a director to our board will terminate upon completion of this offering.
