Dr. Paul Viancourt

Dr. Paul Viancourt has a strong background in risk management, compliance, and fraud prevention. Dr. Paul has held various leadership roles in the banking industry, including Director of Risk Management at Florida Business Bank and EVP-Director of Risk Management at Florida Community Bank. In these positions, they developed comprehensive risk management frameworks, internal control environments, and business continuity plans. Prior to that, they served as a BSA/AML/OFAC Officer at both Florida Community Bank and Orion Bank, where they were responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations and implementing anti-money laundering and fraud prevention measures. Dr. Paul also has experience as a BSA/AML Analyst and Corporate Security Supervisor at Key Bank, where they conducted investigations and managed the case intake process. Dr. Viancourt's most recent experience includes roles at Ncontracts, where they served as Director of Product Marketing, Director of Sales Enablement, and VP Solutions Architect, focusing on thought leadership, content generation, and product and strategy development. Dr. Paul has also developed training programs and win-loss programs to support the sales team.

Dr. Paul Viancourt holds an Executive Doctorate in Business Administration from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, obtained from 2018 to 2021. Dr. Paul also holds a Master of Science degree in Economic Crime Management from Utica University, earned between 2004 and 2006. Dr. Viancourt completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice at Baldwin-Wallace University from 2002 to 2004. In terms of certifications, they obtained the CRCM- Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager certification from the American Bankers Association- Institute of Certified Bankers in 2012-2013, as well as the CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) certification from the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists in 2006. Additionally, they hold the CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) certification from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, earned in 2009-2010. Dr. Viancourt's education also includes an A.A.S. Degree in Law Enforcement from Cuyahoga Community College in 1996-1999 and they obtained the CIA- Certified Internal Auditor certification in 2016-2017 from the Institute of Internal Auditors. Dr. Paul has additional certifications as a Certified BSA Professional (CBAP) obtained from Independent Community Bankers of America and various certifications obtained at different times.
