Rafael Deleon

Rafael DeLeon has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry and regulatory outreach. Rafael currently serves as the SVP of Industry Engagement at Ncontracts, where they oversee the company's efforts to navigate the changing regulatory landscape and provides expertise and guidance to their clients. Prior to this, Rafael had a long and successful career at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) where they held various positions, including Director for Banking Relations, National Bank Examiner, and Industry Analyst. Rafael worked closely with senior OCC officials and provided counsel on banking industry issues and outreach. Additionally, Rafael has experience in education as the Chairman of the Business Department at Central Catholic High School.

Rafael DeLeon completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Education from St. Mary's University, studying from 1981 to 1986.
