Ana Radeland

Ana Radeland currently serves as the HR Director for LATAM at NCR Atleos, where responsibilities include leading HR processes and practices across the region. Previously, Ana worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Chevron, executing HR strategies and supporting business needs. In a prior role as HRBP Lead at Johnson & Johnson, Ana developed and implemented HR initiatives across multiple sectors in LATAM. Additional experience includes serving as Talent Acquisition Lead at Johnson & Johnson, overseeing talent-related matters, and holding positions at MetLife and S&P Global, where Ana focused on talent management and client relations. Ana holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires and a Master's degree in Human Resources and Business Administration from Universidad de 'San Andrés'.
