Global VP Total Rewards And Wellbeing at NCR VOYIX

Eric Gutierrez has over 20 years of experience in total rewards consulting and human resources. Eric currently works at Texture HR Consulting as a Total Rewards Consultant, where they partner with clients to design and implement total rewards, employee experience, and HR strategy solutions. Some of their recent projects include facilitating performance management design sessions, CEO pay strategy development, and compensation strategy and program design for various firms.

Previously, Eric has held leadership positions at NCR Corporation, DXC Technology, Novant Health, and Capital One. At NCR Corporation, they served as the Global VP of Total Rewards and Wellbeing. At DXC Technology, they were the Head of Total Rewards, Americas. At Novant Health, they were the VP of Total Rewards & Employee Experience, where they implemented new technologies and processes to create a more progressive approach to compensation and benefits and employee engagement.

At Capital One, Eric held multiple roles, including Head of Compensation & Benefits and Vice President of Benefits. Eric was responsible for developing and implementing enterprise-level pay and benefit program strategies and supporting merger and acquisition activities. During their tenure, Capital One received external recognition for its compensation and benefits programs.

Eric's early career at Capital One included roles as Vice President of Associate Compensation and Director/Group Manager and Senior Human Resource Consultant. In these roles, they led the broad-based compensation function and provided HR consulting services.

Eric Gutierrez has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. Eric also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from the University of Kentucky.
