Rick Hudson

Rick Hudson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rick is currently the VP of Sales & Marketing at NCT | CaseWorks Software since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Marketing & Strategic Growth at the same company from June 2022 to January 2023.

From June 2022 onwards, Rick has also been a part of Pacific Lake Partners' Executive Leadership Program as a CEO in Training, supporting Banyan Software as part of the executive team of Next Chapter Technology.

Rick began their career at General Mills as a Process Engineer from February 2012 to August 2012. Rick also gained experience as a Nuclear Research Quality Tech at the University of Missouri-Columbia from March 2008 to December 2011 and as a Project/Process Engineering Intern at Henkel in 2011.
