Maureen Cassley

Maureen Cassley joined NDC in 2021 and currently serves as a Regional Property Manager based out of our Pittsburgh, PA office. For the better part of seven years (2003-2010) Maureen was a Property Manager with NDC Asset Management overseeing both Lavender Heights I and II, and leasing up Dalton’s Edge I and II. Following her seven years with NDCAM she worked for the Allegheny County Housing Authority (2011-2014) as Residential Property Manager to later join Trek Development (Pittsburgh, Pa Developer and Management Firm) as their Portfolio Compliance Manager.

Maureen currently holds licenses and certifications as an Accredited Resident Manager (ARM), Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM), and Tax Credit Compliance Specialist (TCCS).
