Kal Dhinsa

Kal leads security strategy across NDVR's technical and operational functions continually assessing and developing their security program in concert with various teams. Prior to his last role with Salsify, the market leader in the e-commerce enablement space, Kal spent the majority of his career, 17 years, with Virgin Pulse, a global employee wellbeing and engagement platform. At Virgin Pulse, Kal led and matured the IT and Security functions as the company grew from startup to over 1600 employees globally. His responsibilities included security, privacy and IT functions across the core business as well as acquisitions. In addition to managing risk and technical security strategy, Kal also successfully implemented a number of compliance and security programs, including ISO27001, SOC2, GDPR, PCI and HIPAA. When not consumed with security protocols, Kal enjoys coaching his children's sports teams and reading for pleasure.
