John Albrighton has extensive work experience in marketing and business development. John started their career as a Division Officer in the United States Navy and later became an Operations Manager for the Smartship Program Office. After leaving the Navy, they worked as an Analyst at Accenture before joining AT&T Government Solutions as a Marketing Communications Manager and Assistant Public Affairs Officer. John then transitioned into the banking sector, working as a Vice President in various marketing and communications roles at LaSalle Bank and Bank of America. John later became the Vice President of Marketing for Investment Banking at Duff & Phelps. In 2011, they joined Jenner & Block as the Marketing Manager for Corporate and Transactional Practices. John then worked as a Business Development Manager at Sidley Austin LLP before becoming the Marketing and Business Development Director at Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP in 2016.
John Albrighton received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame, which they attended from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Pittsburgh Central Catholic High School from 1988 to 1992. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, specializing in Marketing Management, Media Management, and Management & Organizations, from 2004 to 2006. In between, they briefly attended the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business in 2003-2004, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.
