Nicolás Costa de la Colina

Nicolás Costa de la Colina has extensive work experience in project management, IT, and engineering roles. Starting in 2000, they worked as a PC Technician at LSSI, specializing in networking and system installations. From 2001 to 2007, they served as a Technical Supervisor and Hardware Specialist at ANUBIS Informática, providing computer repair, software installation, network configuration, and sales consultancy. In 2007, they joined Jazzplat S.A. as an Operator, Team Leader, and Supervisor, managing retention teams and providing technical support. Nicolás also achieved excellent results and fostered a productive work environment. From 2012 to 2014, Nicolás worked as a Sales Supervisor at CHEXA SA, overseeing sales performance and setting goals for the sales team. In 2013, they briefly worked as a Technician and Systems Administrator at CARSOUND, installing alarms and electronic equipment in vehicles and managing IT systems. In 2013, Nicolás joined Ascentio Technologies S.A, where they held various roles, including Project Manager and Product Owner for the SAOCOM mission, Integration and Testing Engineer, and SAOCOM FOT Operations Group Coordinator. In 2019, they joined DXC Technology, working as a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer and then transitioning to a Service Manager, Project Manager, and App Run Lead role from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they are a Project Manager at Near BPO, starting in December 2022. Throughout their career, Nicolás has demonstrated strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a focus on delivering quality results.

Nicolás Costa de la Colina's education history includes two notable degrees. From 2014 to 2019, they attended Instituto Superior Santo Domingo and obtained a Técnico Superior en Sistemas de Telecomunicaciones degree, specializing in Telecomunicaciones. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2010, they studied at Universidad Tecnológica Nacional and achieved an Analista Universitario en Sistemas degree, focusing on Ingenieria en Sistemas de Información.

In addition to their formal education, Nicolás has also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In December 2021, they received a Skillsoft Digital Badge for completing the course "Ideas sobre el liderazgo a través de la motivación" from Skillsoft. In September 2016, they obtained a certification in "Gerenciamiento de Proyectos según Estándares del Project Management Institute (PMI)" from Kinetic Corp. In July 2016, they completed the "Entrenamiento Intensivo en Scrum" course, also offered by Kinetic Corp. In December 2015, Nicolás attained the "Ingles Nivel 3A" certification from Gaps Idiomas. Additionally, in November 2015, they completed the "Gestión Ágil de Requerimientos" course from Kinetic Corp. Lastly, in August 2014, they acquired knowledge in "Mecánica Orbital y Aplicaciones" from the Instituto de Altos Estudios Espaciales "Mario Gulich" - Centro Espacial Teófilo Tabanera CONAE.
