Hokyun Jinn

Hokyun Jinn is an experienced AFM Development Engineer and MAIT Engineer at Nearfield Instruments B.V. since October 2019, with prior roles as a Research Intern at the National Institute for Materials Science and an AFM System Engineer during alternative military service at Park Systems Inc. Hokyun's research focuses on advanced AFM technologies, including gauge repeatability studies and scanning spreading resistance microscopy, as well as various application modes of AFM. Academic credentials include a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and master's and bachelor's degrees in Physics from Kobe University.
