Marjani R. H.

Marjani R. H. is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in design operations and product design, currently serving as Design Operations Manager / Lead Product Designer at Nearform since October 2022. Prior to this role, Marjani worked at Thoughtworks as Lead Experience Designer IV and held various positions, including Senior Experience Designer III and Experience Designer II. At Designation, Marjani was selected as a Designer-in-Residence for outstanding leadership and design skills, mentoring a cohort of UX and UI designers. Experience also includes roles at CNA Insurance as an Underwriter, where Marjani excelled in expanding business opportunities through market research, and earlier positions in retail, education, marketing, and public relations. Marjani holds a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from Spelman College, earned in 2014.
