Vincent Salerno is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in call center management and analytics. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at NICE Global since January 2014, Vincent has demonstrated strong leadership and operational expertise. Previously, at Elephant Group/Saveology.com, Vincent held the position of Director of Call Center Operations, overseeing three internal call centers and managing relationships with nine outsource partners, collectively supervising 1,000 call center agents and handling 400,000 calls per month. Earlier roles include Senior Manager of Analytics and Call Center Manager. Vincent holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Seton Hall University, obtained in 2001.
