Deon Lourens

Deon Lourens has extensive experience in coaching and wellness roles. Deon began their career in 1988 as the Head Coach for Deon's World Multi-Sport on-line Coaching. In 2006, they started their own coaching business called DEONS WORLD MULTI SPORT COACHING, where they worked as Coach Deon. Deon then worked as a Swim Coach at Boys & Girls Club from 2016, coaching various age groups and levels. From 2014 to 2016, Deon worked as a Corporate Wellness Coach at THE PIRCH, focusing on improving the wellness of the company's staff. In 2017, they joined NearShore Technology as a Corporate Wellness Coach. Deon has a passion for coaching and promoting wellness.

Deon Lourens completed a Bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, attending from 1984 to 1988. Prior to university, Deon attended Amanzimtoti High School, although the exact duration and field of study for this period are not specified.
