Lita Rojas

Lita Rojas began their work experience in June 2015 as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at TEKNEI, where they stayed until August 2016. In October 2016, they joined VisionIT as a Talent Agent, and they have been with NearShore Technology since August 2017, working as an IT Recruitment Consultant.

Lita Rojas completed their Bachelor's degree in Psicología from Benemerita Universidad Autonoma de Puebla in the period from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they pursued a second Bachelor's degree in Psicología from Universisadad de Valparaíso, which they completed from 2010 to 2011.
