Pedro Hernandez Rodriguez has a diverse work experience in the field of quality assurance and business analysis. Pedro started their career in 2006 as a Quality Assurance Analyst for Accredo Health Group, where they reviewed requirements documents and worked closely with the development team. Pedro then took on the role of Performance Team Leader, assigning activities and providing support for production performance issues.
Pedro continued to work for Accredo Health Group as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, where they led a team of analysts in creating test cases and worked on the release process. Pedro also worked as a Production Support Specialist, documenting user issues and triaging incidents.
In 2012, Pedro joined 4th Source as a Business Analyst, working on projects for Liberty Medical and Accredo Health Group. Pedro participated in meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and helped build queries and stored procedures for reporting purposes. Pedro also worked on creating detail level requirements documents and requirement traceability matrices.
In 2014, Pedro joined NearShore Technology as a Quality Assurance Engineer, where they tested embedded software and PC apps for medical devices. Pedro later took on the role of QA Manager, managing a team of SQEs and overseeing the quality release of infusion system software suites.

Pedro Hernandez Rodriguez obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Systems from the Universidad Mesoamericana de San Agustín, A.C. from 2001 to 2005. Pedro later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services at the Universidad Tecmilenio from 2017 to 2019.
