Frank Venuto serves as chief human capital officer for Nebraska Medicine. Prior, he served as the interim executive director of Human Resources for the organization.
In his experience before joining Nebraska Medicine, Venuto for nearly 25 years served as vice president of human resources at academic health systems in Maryland, including the University of Maryland Medical System in Baltimore, and Baltimore Washington Medical Center.
Throughout his experience, Venuto has expertise in leading large-scale human resources transformational strategies in complex, multi-facility health care environments, as well as elevating the performance of the human resources function in community-based hospitals.
Venuto earned his bachelor’s degree from Towson University in Towson, Maryland, and his master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.
