Emily Rhodes

Emily Rhodes is the current Director of Retail at Nécessaire. Prior to their current position, they held various positions at SEPHORA from January 2021 to June 2021, including Brand Mentor for SEPHORA Accelerate. From March 2019 to July 2021, they were a Merchant: Category and Brand Manager for Clean Skincare, Wellness and CBD. From June 2017 to March 2019, they were an Associate Merchant. From March 2016 to June 2017, they were an Assistant Merchant. Prior to SEPHORA, Emily Rhodes worked at Abercrombie & Fitch from July 2014 to March 2016 as an Associate Merchant. From July 2013 to July 2014, they were an Assistant Merchant. Emily also completed the Merchandising Leadership Development Program at Abercrombie & Fitch in June 2013.

Emily Rhodes attended Boston College for their BA, where they were in the Arts and Science Honors Program and majored in Psychology. Emily then went on to attend Università degli Studi di Parma.
