Samantha Negrini

Samantha Negrini has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Samantha most recently worked at NECI as the Director of Human Resources starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Sensata Technologies as the HR Manager for Automotive, Global Safety & Mobility. Samantha also held various HR positions at Intralinks, including Senior HR Generalist/Business Partner. Additionally, Samantha worked as an HR Generalist at Intralinks and as a Human Resources Coordinator and HR Specialist at ACI Worldwide. Their earlier experience includes working as an Infant/Toddler Teacher at Bright Horizons. Their areas of expertise include HR business partnering, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and HRIS system implementation.

From 2005 to 2009, Samantha attended Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology.

Later, from 2012 to 2015, Samantha pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management at Bellevue University.

In addition to their formal education, Samantha has also obtained additional certifications. In April 2016, they became a DDI Facilitator after completing a program at DDI | Development Dimensions International. Furthermore, in April 2021, they obtained a certification in Women in Leadership from eCornell.
