Nkgethu Tebogo Mampana

Nkgethu Tebogo Mampana has over 16 years of work experience in various roles and organizations. Nkgethu Tebogo started their career as an Information Technology Intern at the National Agricultural Marketing Council in 2001. Nkgethu Tebogo then worked as a Corporate Apprentice at DAV Professional Placement Group before becoming an IT Manager and Systems Analyst at aloeCap. In 2006, they joined Stanlib as a Senior Business Analyst and later moved to Clover SA and Momentum as a Senior Business Analyst. At Momentum, they eventually became a Team Lead of Business Analysts. In 2014, Mampana joined Nedbank as a Business Analyst Specialist, and over the years, they took on roles such as Business Solutions Lead and Head of Regulatory Business Solutions. In these roles, they managed strategic business solutions, identified regulatory impacts and opportunities for improvement, and led teams across the regulatory change portfolio.

Nkgethu Tebogo Mampana has a Middle Management Development Programme from GIBS Business School (Gordon Institute of Business Science) in 2016, a Programme for Management Development (PMD) from Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) in 2011-2012, and completed studies in Computer Science at the University of Limpopo from 1998-2000. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Leading SAFe 5.0, Master in Strategy Execution, How to Execute Your Strategy, and Key Concepts of Financial Markets.
