Product Development Manager at Needle & Thread

Victoria McNab has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Victoria started their career as an intern in buying at TOPSHOP TOPMAN in 2009. Victoria then worked as a sourcing assistant at White Stuff from 2009 to 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they were a production coordinator at Orla Kiely, where they managed the coordination of clothing and homeware production.

In 2013, Victoria joined Jack Wills as a production coordinator, where they coordinated the production of menswear casualwear. Victoria then moved on to Gieves & Hawkes in 2014, where they worked as an assistant product manager, responsible for managing the casualwear and accessories product range.

From 2016 to 2018, they worked at M.J. Bale as a product developer, involved in product development, sourcing, and supplier management. Victoria then joined Aquascutum in 2018 as a product developer, overseeing the product development and production of the womenswear collection.

Victoria's most recent role is as a product development manager at Amanda Wakeley, a British heritage luxury brand. In this role, they plan and develops multi-product collections, manages fabric sourcing and selection, and ensures adherence to the brand's aesthetic and business strategy.

Currently, Victoria is working as a product development manager at Needle & Thread, a position they assumed in 2021.

Victoria McNab attended Heriot-Watt University from 2005 to 2009, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Fashion Design for Industry.
