Jennie Fernander

Jennie Fernander has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jennie is currently working at Needo as a People and Performance Manager, a role they have held since August 2021. Jennie also serves as a Partner at Needo since August 2020, where they were responsible for various duties until April 2022, including recruitment management and lead recruiter. Prior to their time at Needo, Jennie worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Klarna from April 2016 to September 2017. Jennie also gained experience as a Rekryteringsansvarig at Adecco Student from April 2015 to April 2016. Jennie's earlier career included positions such as Butikssäljare at MQ Retail AB from September 2011 to September 2015, Internship HR at Swedbank in September 2014, Telefonförsäljare at Predictive Sales Consulting AB from 2008 to 2011, and Vårdbiträde at Hemgården from 2006 to 2008.

From 2004 to 2007, Jennie Fernander attended Dragonskolan where they completed the Ledarskapsprogrammet. Later, from 2012 to 2015, they pursued a Filosofie Kandidatexamen (fil.kand.) in Personalvetarprogrammet (Human Resource Management) at Umeå University. Lastly, they attended Umeå University again from 2015 to 2016, where they completed courses in Ledarskap och organisation - Inriktning Arbetsrätt.
