The NEEDS Center is looking for a Director of Recruitment to design and implement recruiting strategies. The DORs responsibilities include monitoring recruitment procedures, from sourcing to hiring, managing a team of recruiters and identifying high-potential candidates, reporting metrics to identify areas for improvement. The DOR will also drive employee retention, company branding, and professional development programs. This position is a Full Time opportunity and is located in our Andover, MA office. Hours are M-F 8am - 4pm.
The NEEDS Center specializes in providing services and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). There is a particular emphasis on providing services to individuals with interfering challenging behavior and/or dual diagnosis. The NEEDS Center’s philosophy is rooted in the tenets of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and Positive Behavior Support (PSB). The services and supports provided by the NEEDS Center draw on the best of both disciplines in order to assist individuals to become as independent as they can be.
Responsibilities:
Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings.
Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
Leading employment branding initiatives.
Lead all sourcing strategies to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
Develop and manage external partnerships with colleges, job boards and HR software vendors.
Plan, develop and streamline recruitment processes.
Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.
Supervise recruiting personnel.
Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
Monitor and report on turnover rates.
Design and drive employee retention programs and professional development programs.
Discuss career-pathing options with high-potential employees and their team leaders.
