Alison Rosnick has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2007, they started their career as a Southeast Sales Representative at Converter Specialties Inc. Alison then moved on to Vanguard, where they worked as a Client Relationship Associate in the Business Development Group. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Substitute Teacher at Chester County Intermediate Unit. In 2010, they joined the University of Massachusetts Amherst as an Assistant Women's Basketball Coach and later became the Director of Basketball Operations. Their responsibilities included recruiting, scouting, player development, budgeting, and arranging team travel. In 2014, they transitioned to Colby College, where they held various positions in fundraising and development, including Director of Leadership Annual Giving and Assistant Director of the Colby Fund. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at Talener as a Talent Acquisition and Training Specialist. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Talent and Human Resources at Neighborhood Charter Schools.

Alison Rosnick pursued their Executive MBA from 2022 to 2023 at the Quantic School of Business and Technology. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a field of study in Human Resources Management from the University of Vermont.
