Katina McKinney

Tina McKinney is the Vice President of Human Resources for Mass General Brigham, overseeing AllWays Health Partners. In her capacity within HR, she supports Mass General Brigham’s Community and Value-Based Care Division to help ensure optimal alignment between affiliates for the success of our value-based care strategy. She also provides strategic oversight on employee relations, talent acquisition and retention, workforce development, diversity and inclusion, and organizational design. Tina brings over 25 years of HR experience in both the health care and financial industries. Prior to joining Mass General Brigham, she has served in various leadership roles with Greatbatch Medical, Fidelity Investments, and Bank of America.
