Adam Kaye has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Adam began their career as a Technical Writer at Universal Computer Systems, where they maintained vehicle parts manuals. Adam then worked as a Sourcing Specialist at Continental Airlines, conducting corporate training and facilitating auctions for third-party services. At Argent Mortgage, Adam served as an Account Executive, marketing and selling loans and analyzing potential risks.

Adam joined Nalco Company as a District Representative, establishing relationships with oil and water producers and maintaining chemical programs for key accounts. Following that, Adam worked at Douglas Scott Securities as a Registered Representative, providing clients with knowledge on energy projects and managing investments.

Adam later joined KellyMitchell Group, Inc as a Business Development Manager, establishing partnerships and sourcing candidates for job opportunities. Adam then moved on to Various Fortune 500 Companies, where they worked as a National Recruiter and Account Manager, specializing in IT, analytics, finance, and more.

At Baylor University, Adam served as the Director of Employer Relations, cultivating partnerships and managing communication efforts with employers. Currently, they are employed at Neighborly as a Sales Enablement specialist, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with franchise sales teams and overseeing a lead development team. Adam is involved in hiring, coaching, and producing performance reports for the Franchise Sales department.

Adam Kaye attended Katy High School from 1994 to 1998. Following their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication at Baylor University from 1998 to 2002.
