Juan Osorno has a diverse range of work experience in the field of IT and cybersecurity. Juan began their career at Ricoh USA, Inc. in 2008 as a Service Specialist I, providing troubleshooting and support for hardware and software issues. Juan then moved on to blackboxnetworkservices as a NOC/SOC technician, where they monitored and analyzed SNMP traps and performed tuning of the SIEM system.
