Ian Kolesinskas

Ian is determined to improve the world’s transportation systems one block, one lane, and one route at a time. He brings skills in visual communication and environmental design to Nelson\Nygaard’s transit practice. Ian has worked with accessibility from the policy level to the street level. Through his project work, Ian seeks to increase public understanding of and participation in transportation planning. Prior to joining Nelson\Nygaard, Ian worked as a transportation analyst and a community planner at the U.S. Department of Transportation Volpe Center.
