Denis Masse

Denis Masse is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and process improvement across diverse industries. Currently serving as Global Lean Manager at NEMERA since May 2021, Denis oversees the Group's production system while implementing transformation and cost reduction plans. Prior to this role, Denis held various positions including Operational Excellence Lean Engineer at Boehringer Ingelheim, where significant improvements in service and material order reduction were achieved, and Senior Consultant/Project Manager at OPEO, managing multiple operational performance projects. Additionally, Denis is the President of Brass Band des Gones and serves as an Associate at Team for the Planet, focusing on innovations to combat global warming. Educational qualifications include a Civil Engineering degree from École des Mines de Saint-Étienne, a Master of Science from Georgia Institute of Technology, and certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Change Management.
