Kellie Parker Olmstead

Kellie Parker Olmstead, MBA, serves as the Vice President of Continuous Improvement for Nemours Children’s Health System. She is based in Jacksonville, Fla., at Nemours headquarters. She is responsible for working at levels of the organization to drive and sustain a culture of operational excellence, including teaching and coaching on the Lean methodology, mindset and management system throughout the operation.

Prior to joining Nemours, Kellie gained valuable Lean experience while in an operational role in manufacturing. She traveled to Japan to learn the Toyota Production System and understand the cultural components to success with Toyota, Honda, Mitsubishi, and others. Kellie has extensive improvement event experience, working with teams to improve and sustain significant gains.

Kellie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Florida.
