April Heinze, ENP, CMCP has an extensive career in the 9-1-1 industry, working in various roles at Eaton County Central Dispatch until 2016. April then transitioned to INdigital where April served as the Director of Industry Affairs. Currently, April holds the position of VP, Chief of 9-1-1 Operations at NENA: The 9-1-1 Association, where April focuses on the impact of technology on 9-1-1 services and operations, as well as implementing new technologies and best practices in 9-1-1 Center operations. April plays a crucial role in advocating for and educating 9-1-1 professionals in the industry.
