Scott Banks

Scott Banks is a seasoned professional in cost engineering with extensive experience across various organizations in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a Senior Cost Engineer at New European Offshore since November 2021, Scott has previously held significant positions at Orion Group managing cost engineering for Total Mozambique LNG and Shell Perdido Brownfield projects. With a solid background that includes roles at The Global Edge Consultants, Turner & Townsend, Lamprell, Aker Kvaerner, Petrofac, and Fugro-UDI, Scott brings over 25 years of expertise in cost management and control. Scott holds an HND in Quantity Surveying from Robert Gordon's University.
