Jonathan Lau

Jonathan Lau is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in driving recruitment strategies across North America and EMEA. Currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition at Neo Financial, Jonathan leads a high-performing team for one of Canada's top startups. Previously, as Senior Manager at Wealthsimple, Jonathan expanded the talent acquisition team from 300 to 1,000 employees while overseeing recruitment for various functions. Jonathan's career also includes significant roles at Benevity, where Jonathan contributed to team growth during rapid expansion, and lululemon, where Jonathan managed recruiting and onboarding for a large workforce. Jonathan holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and French Language and Literature from the University of Calgary.
