Elizabeth Wagner has been working in the professional world since 1998. Elizabeth began their career as a Meteorologist for Air Force Space Command. In 2005, they moved to Control Systems Research as a Weather Forecaster. In 2009, they became the Controller for Wichita Falls Country Club. In 2010, they took on the role of Executive Assistant To Chief Executive Officer Internal Accountant for Axis labs, where they were responsible for bookkeeping, customer service, administrative and human resource management, recruiting and training. In 2013, they became the Operations and Accounting Manager for Provista solutions. In 2015, they took on the role of Tax Operations Manager for Kruze Consulting, where they were responsible for tax operations, HR support and setup for clients, internal compliance and customer compliance, accounting and finance. In 2020, they became a Program Cost Schedule and Control Analyst for Northrop Grumman. Most recently, in 2022, they took on the role of Customer Success Manager/Operations for Neo.Tax.

Elizabeth Wagner completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from American InterContinental University in 2009. Elizabeth also obtained an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the same university. Later, they earned a Master's degree in Near and Middle Eastern Studies from American Military University. Finally, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Near and Middle Eastern Studies from The University of Texas at Austin.
