Stephanie Heintz

Stephanie Heintz is the Executive Director, Head of Human Resources at Neogene Therapeutics. Before joining Neogene, Heintz served as Senior Director of Human Resources at AnaptysBio, where she was responsible for the development and execution of human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan, specifically in the areas of talent acquisition, organizational and performance management, training and development, and total rewards.

Previously, Stephanie Heintz worked in Human Resources at Dendreon Pharmaceuticals where she focused on maximizing growth in a high-volume operation, while establishing new systems, policies and procedures following an acquisition.

Stephanie earned a B.S. in Agricultural Biology from California State Polytechnic University, a M.S. in Human Resources at Chapman University and a M.P.H at the University of California Los Angeles.
