Carla Safigan

Carla Safigan serves as the VP of Marketing at NEOGOV since March 2022, leading a high-performing marketing team within a high-growth software and SaaS company by focusing on reputation, relationships, and revenue. Previously, Carla held multiple leadership positions at Atos, including Head of Global Growth & Digital Marketing for Financial Services and Head of Global Growth & Field Marketing Programs in the UCC Division, where responsibilities included overseeing demand generation and managing significant marketing budgets. Prior to Atos, Carla worked at Neustar as Senior Director of Product Marketing and played key roles in various companies, including Parallels, Veritas, Keybridge Corporation, and Xerox, focusing on product marketing, growth strategy, and market identity development. Carla holds an MBA in Finance from George Mason University and a BA in Communications from the University of Iowa.
