Josh McLellan

Josh McLellan is a Senior Technical Project Manager at NEOGOV, leading the development of new features for seven SAAS products and managing an annual budget of $25 million across multiple scrum teams and company initiatives. Prior to this role, Josh served as a Senior Software Engineer at Diebold Nixdorf, focusing on software for banking innovations. As a Management Consultant at REUNION, Josh provided data-driven solutions and directed a large-scale expansion campaign for a Fortune 10 company during the COVID-19 pandemic. Previous experience includes educational development at McMaster University, where Josh worked on accessible educational technologies, and software engineering at Wabtec Corporation, developing software for automated testing fixtures. Josh holds a master’s degree in History from McMaster University and a bachelor’s degree in History from King's University College.
