Lama Bin Oun

Lama Bin Oun has a diverse professional background, currently serving in the role of People Experience & Culture at neoleap since January 2023. Prior to this, Lama held the position of Internal Communication Specialist at both Mahd Academy and Tatweer Educational Technologies from July 2022 to December 2022 and October 2019 to July 2022, respectively. Additionally, experience includes a role as a Designer and Positive & Happiness Responsible at o_bmlife from September 2018 to October 2019, along with serving as an English Language Trainer at Sucsess Steps Institute from October 2016 to June 2017. Education includes two Master of Business Administration degrees obtained from Colorado State University Global and Saudi Electronic University, both completed in June 2023, and a Bachelor's degree in Curriculum and Methods of Teaching English from Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University, earned in 2016. Currently, Lama is pursuing further education at The Event Academy from June to September 2024.
