Michelle Leek Mba

Michelle Leek MBA, Chartered FCIPD, currently serves as Vice President & Chief HR Officer at NEOM since March 2021 and also holds the position of Director of People & Culture. Additionally, Michelle has been a Professor of Practice at UoC since December 2020. Prior to these roles, Michelle functioned as an Executive Consultant in People, Growth & Culture from December 2020 to December 2021 and held the position of Executive Pro Vice Chancellor for People, Performance & Culture at the University of Cumbria from December 2014 to December 2020. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of HR Strategy, OD, Reward at KAUST in the Middle East from March 2012 to December 2014.
