Antoinette Josato (she/her), Ed.D. has been working in the field of education since 2009. Antoinette began their career as a Business Teacher at Alton School District in 2009, followed by a role as Technology Instructor at O'Fallon School District 90 in 2011. In 2013, they moved to Southwestern Illinois College as Assistant Instructional Technology Manager and then to St. Louis Community College as Academic and Instructional Technology Support Manager in 2014. From 2016 to 2020, they held the role of Director, Academic Technology Services at Lindenwood University. During 2020, they also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Missouri Baptist University and as Chief Learning and Operations Officer and Director of Learning at Treehouse. In 2021, they began their current role as Sr. Director Online Learning and Education at Neon One. Prior to their education career, they held the role of Business Development Manager at Motorola Employees Credit Union from 2001 to 2003 and Sales & Customer Service Representative at SBC from 2003 to 2009.

Antoinette Josato (she/her) holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) from Maryville University of Saint Louis, which they obtained in 2020. Antoinette also holds a Master of Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.) from Lindenwood University, which they obtained in 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Integrated Marketing Communications from Roosevelt University in 2001, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Public Relations from Illinois State University in 1996.
