Kristina Jakstas

Kristina Jakstas has worked in various roles since 2008. Kristina began their career as a University Relations Coordinator at Pick-A-Prof in 2008. Kristina then moved to MyEdu in 2009, where they worked as a Campus Marketing Manager, Campus Rep Manager, and Coordinator of Campus Relations. In 2012, they joined Austin Pets Alive! as a Donor Relations Manager and Outreach Coordinator. In 2014, they became a Membership Manager at Mission Capital, where they managed a $200k budget, reconciled monthly financial reports, and developed performance metrics. In 2017, they joined NeonCRM as a Professional Services Consultant, leading customer data migrations into new CRM software. Finally, in 2018, they joined Neon One as a Senior Director of Professional Services, where they were responsible for the staffing model and hiring plan for a department of 25+ employees. Kristina also created new roles for both individual contributors and management, and established metrics to track department successes.

Kristina Jakstas graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies, specializing in Interpersonal Communication and Corporate Communication.
