Guillaume Prot

Guillaume Prot is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business management and project leadership within the CRM and BI sectors. Since August 2008, Guillaume has served as Business Unit Manager at Neos-SDI, overseeing the Lyon agency, resource management, delivery tracking, pre-sales management, and project direction. Prior roles include Manager & Chef de projet CRM/BI, implementing various projects such as CRM systems for LPG Systems and decision-making systems for clients like GO SPORT and FRANCE LOISIRS. Prior to Neos-SDI, Guillaume worked at Capgemini from November 2003 to July 2008 as a Consultant and Chef de projet BI, managing significant projects for notable clients like CONFORAMA and GAZ DE FRANCE. Guillaume holds an Engineering degree from the National School of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics of Grenoble and has multiple certifications, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM and MCSE Data Platform.
