In order to continue our growth, we are seeking Quality Assurance Specialist! By joining our team, you’ll work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, startup environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with the delivery team which includes Business Analysts, Project Managers, Solution Architects and Developers to cohesively test bots that have either reached a completed state or are in various stages of development. This will be done through test cases/test plans written collaboratively between you and the Business Analyst using various testing tools at your disposal. Key Responsibilities

  • Review specification (User Stories/Test plans/Test cases) and design documents (PDD’s/BRD’s/Process maps).
  • Familiarity with backend testing (major part of the role) using various tools to test backend DB's, API's etc.
  • Be familiar with User story and documentation structure.
  • Creating Test cases, Test plans, User stories and bug tickets when needed
  • Review and maintain test plans and test cases with the aid of developers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers.
  • Create a culture of transparency, ownership, collaboration, accountability, and quality
  • Create regression tests, load tests and stress tests as well as execution.
  • Keep automation of your test cases at the forefront of the product to help streamline testing later.
  • Report, manage and track bugs in our applications and priortize through the use of Jira
  • Ability to think outside of the front end and consider negative test cases without diving too deep into things that provide no benefit to test (edge cases/extreme scenarios)
  • Perform minor and major tests including end to end testing with proper documented feedback for the team
  • Request test data sets to cover the pre-agreed test scenarios and manage this data to ensure it is still viable/usable at point of testing
  • Key technologies that you will be testing include Salesforce, UiPath, Workato, Work relay, Web API’s, CRM’s.
