Eric Lai

Eric Lai has a diverse work experience in the medical technology industry. Eric began their career at Novadaq Technologies Inc. in 2008 as a Mechanical Engineer and later transitioned to the role of Product Engineer from 2011 to 2016. In 2016, Eric joined Navigate Surgical Technologies Inc. as a Program Manager and worked there until 2018. Currently, Eric is employed at Neovasc Inc. Eric initially started as a Program Manager in 2019 and later became the Director of Operations in 2021.

Eric Lai has a Master's Degree in Biomedical Engineering from Leibniz Universität Hannover. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of British Columbia. Eric also holds the Professional Engineer (P.Eng) certification from Engineers and Geoscientists BC.
